The Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics invites applications for two three-year postdoctoral positions starting in the fall of 2019 at the latest. These are full-time research positions with an option to teach at the graduate level.
Research Fields: We are particularly interested in candidates specializing in the following areas: Game Theory, Industrial Organization, Networks and Experimental Economics.
Applicants should have a PhD degree before taking up the position. The duration of the postdoctoral positions is three years and different schemes for tenure track can be offered. We offer favourable conditions regarding research facilities, data access, time devoted to research, travel support, etc.
About the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences: FESS is the youngest faculty of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics comprising a great variety of departments and study programmes. Successful applicants will be working at the newly established Quantitative Social and Management Sciences research group in cooperation with other researchers and staff from the Finance, Sociology, and Management departments among others.
